About Look Beyond
Look Beyond is an AI consultancy in Singapore, founded by Julien Look. They take companies from the first workflow review to AI systems running in production. When a project needs regional presence or specialist skills, they bring in partners from Europe, South Asia and South East Asia.
Where Klickspell fits
AI only works when there are clear processes and clean data underneath. Plenty of companies still run on spreadsheets, email threads and tools that don't talk to each other. Our job in the partnership is to turn those workstreams into proper digital systems, so the AI work has something solid to build on.
In practice: a Berlin textile printer
Our first project together is for a Berlin textile printer. Their quotes came out of a standalone browser calculator, and their products and customers lived in Lexware. We moved them onto ERPNext, with a custom app built around how they actually price a job.
- Quotes that price themselves. Textile, print, screen and separation costs, surcharges and tax are worked out as the quote is built, and it comes out as a ready-to-send PDF in German or English.
- Prices the team controls. Every price table lives in ERPNext with its own editor and CSV backup, so prices can change without a developer.
- Clean data to start from. More than 1,900 products and the full customer list moved over from Lexware.
- AI controlling inside the ERP. A tool that reads purchase and sales invoices and sorts every line item. It started as a separate app; we rebuilt it inside ERPNext so there is one system of record.
Next up: email history on customer records, supplier price lists, UPS shipping and a link to production planning.

Connecting the pieces
Getting data to move between the ERP, the website or store, and the tools the team already uses, so nobody copies numbers by hand.

Sites, stores and web apps when the project needs them. This is where Klickspell started, and it's still most of what we build.
