The Challenge

The "trapped menu" bottleneck in local hospitality.

Across vibrant travel destinations like Tapovan and Rishikesh, cafes serve world-class artisan sourdough, ceremonial cacao, high-protein smoothie bowls, and organic Ayurvedic meals. Yet their digital presence is almost universally crippled by three issues:

  • Un-Indexable Image Scans: Menus are uploaded as photographed JPEG sheets to Google Maps or Instagram Highlights. Search engines cannot parse dish names, dietary tags (vegan, gluten-free, pet-friendly), or prices.
  • App Install Fatigue: Proprietary QR ordering platforms force hungry diners to download heavy native apps or create accounts just to view what a cafe serves.
